Our Story


There are a lot of styles of Bar-B-Q Some specific to region others to individuals. Our's is the 20 year labor of love, developed by Tommy and passed on to his employees. It is a way informed by a deep respect for southern Bar-B-Q. A respect we honor by doing things with love for detail, honest effort and a refusal to take short cuts. In other words, the way it ought to be done. The Heavenly Bar-B-Q way is low and slow. Our pork butts steep in hickory smoke for over 15 hours and every thing is made from scratch. And yes we mean everything, from the slaw we top our BBQ sandwiches with to the crust we top our cobblers and pies with, you can taste the love in every bite.
